FUNDRAISING

Producing exceptional performances and providing meaningful musical experiences comes with its share of costs. From sheet music to performance attire, competition fees, decorations/props, travel expenses, and more... the financial demands can be considerable. This is where your support becomes invaluable.

Your generous donations will directly impact our choir programs ability to:

1. Expand Repertoire: Your support allows us to acquire a diverse range of sheet music, enabling our choir to explore different musical genres and styles.

2. Create Memorable Performances: Funding will enable us to stage exceptional concerts, showcases, and events that will leave a lasting impression on both our students and the audience.

3. Facilitate Outreach: Your contributions will aid us in sharing the joy of music with the broader community through performances at local events and venues.

4. Support Scholarships: We aim to ensure that every talented student can participate, regardless of financial constraints. Your donations can help establish scholarship programs.

To raise these funds, we rely on a combination of family/community pledges, individual and group fundraisers. 

Our biggest single contributor to covering program costs is the family/community pledges. Contributions from our choir program families and their community partners are tax-deductible, and include reserved seats at all regular-season concerts, as well as recognition in our concert programs. Pledges are typically given at the beginning of the year, but can be accepted at any time. 

Every dollar you contribute brings us one step closer to creating a harmonious environment where our students can thrive musically and personally!  Your support means the world to us, and we are immensely grateful for your commitment to the arts and education.
